We are metal building novices and Metal Building Supply/Marathon Metal has been nothing but helpful and friendly through the entire process of putting up a shop building. We dealt with Kristy Smith and she was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Not only does she know her products inside and out, she has personally put up a metal building so she knew about "real life" scenarios in regards to the process. She never once made me feel "dumb" for asking an abundance of questions over the long course of our shop build. In fact she was a great cheerleader through our many snags. It is rare to find such a high quality employee these days...I hope Marathon Metals recognizes what a great asset they have in Kristy Smith!
