Wanted to express my continued exceptional experiences with Marc's Appliance and Marc, the owner, himself.

Recently, on a Friday, my Maytag Centennial dryer worked efficiently one morning, drying my load perfectly and the next minute I could not engage any drying cycles with the 'Start button'.

Marc's team who did the intake for my issue, were so helpful in communicating clearly what the next steps would be and were very pleasant.

Within about an hour and a half I received a call from Marc to get some additional information on the logistics of the issues and he was kind enough to come out within hours to resolve the issue noting the specifics of the issues and what he replaced. The fee was truly minimal.

Marc's Appliance truly is a gem. I would recommend folks to always check their warehouse for appliances as well as refer to them if an existing appliance you have needs repair. They are fair and equitable. Thanks Marc, for continuing to be an inherent part of our resource list for appliances and repair. You are greatly appreciated as are your staff.

I bought a new dishwasher from Marc's and originally, my review was not going to be so good. We scheduled the delivery for 9am-12 for the following week. The day before the delivery I called to make sure everything was on track and I get information the delivery time changed to 2pm - 4. If I hadn't called we would not have found out until that afternoon.No one called me. After making some calls the company got the delivery time changed back. Washer gets installed go to test it and completely dead, I understand these things can happen from the manufacturer but things were not going well. We then had to wait 3 more days to get a replacement. We were told we would be first on the list for the morning and then we were looking at a 12:00pm. At this point I was thinking about cancelling the delivery. My mind was completely changed once Johnny arrived he was completely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He made the experience completely a pleasure. Marc's is lucky to have such a great installer like Johnny.

Wow I had a great experience today!!! Nelson came to my house today to find out what was wrong with my GE Profile Refrigerator.
My refrigerator was leaking, made a lot of noise, and the lights inside the box were flickering.
He addressed all 3 issues that I had successfully.
I highly recommend Marc's Appliances for the wonderful service I received.

Quick and easy! Erica was helpful in selecting a new gas range and setting up delivery.
Update: scheduled delivery did not occur and I was not called or otherwise notified about the delay, which was disappointing
Update #2: possibly a miscommunication on their part, but delivery occurred on the following delivery day. Range top was loose, but they sent a technician within 2 days to address it.
Overall they were very responsive and I’d likely use them again.

I had a most positive experience with Marc's Appliance. From the moment I entered the store, the staff was helpful without being overwhelming. They provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision about the washer and dryer that would suit me best. Moreover, they matched the online price I found. The delivery team, was comprised of friendly, efficient, and adept individuals, who successfully delivered and set up the washer and dryer in a timely fashion. I would defiantly recommend Marc's Appliance Warehouse.

Went to Marc’s to replace our 4 year old Samsung washer that bit the dust. Evan was helpful in recommending companies that had the least amount of service calls and had better customer service when needed. Had the washer delivered 3 days and the delivery/install team showed up well within the time window and was extremely professional. They tested the washer and put everything back how it was prior to leaving. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

Great experience here, had to get all new kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer and they made great suggestions and had it all delivered quickly. The only thing we didn’t replace was our fridge and it ended up having an issue so we called Marc’s back and the service tech came out and got everything fixed. Sales person wasn’t pushy and helped steer us towards the best deal they had going with some rebates.

We’re so glad Marc’s Appliances started carrying Bosch so we could get our dishwasher from there. Jason is awesome to work with. They have a very nice floor display of their products.
