I ship my eBay packages every day from this distribution center, except on Sunday and I have for over 12 years! All the postal clerks are friendly, scan each of my packages without complaint. My packages start on their way that same day. My business depends on fast and professional handling. I have NEVER had a problem. I think if you treat people with respect, you get it back in return. Thank you to each of the clerks...especially with the Holiday Season fast approaching.

Why does this center keep sending my packages to San Bernardino after they're arrived in San Diego? My most recent package arrived on the 10th and after going to San Bernardino, was sent back to San Bernardino. Arrived back in San Diego on the 11th and was SENT BACK to San Bernardino again? It arrived back in San Diego early morning on the 12th, and is now just sitting at the center. Can I just have my package without you sending it to San Bernardino for a change? This same exact thing happened with the package I ordered a few days before this one too. How can you keep confusing the seller and receiver addresses on almost everything I order..

I came in less than 10 minutes before closing with 16+ packages because I had to get them shipped out ASAP and couldn't go in earlier. Jannett helped me out and was extremely nice, helpful, and unbelievably fast, getting me out right at closing. Five-star employee and location, thanks!!

Mailed a priority flat rate box from Mississippi on July 20th. Tracking shows it arrived at SD then was shipped back to Memphis. SD did this twice. The box showed back up at my PO on the 28th. Box was pretty much destroyed as would be expected from 2 trips across the country and back again. Not sure what San Diego's problem is, but it's clear they don't care about customers or package care.

Really prompt sorting sending and receiving. Could improve promptness in getting mail to the actual carriers. Delivery gets delayed.

HORRID!!! This facility mis-represented itself on signed for documents. My son needed school transcripts delivered to the college by a specific deadline. We paid for faster service and for a signature provong delivered to the college. He was emailed the below info stating it was signed for by a Maragaret L Sellers. This lead him to believe the school had his needed documentation for the Fall. He has been checking to see if the information needed was updated and it still was not. It suggests you wait 3-4 weeks to inquire on status as it takes several weeks to enter the information needed. He went back to the email and noticed the address delivered to did NOT match the address he paid for it to be sent to so he asked me to look into it. I discover of course that looking at the online tracking this shipment was delivered at 6:09 am which I know did not happen at the college. I then rsearch this supposed signature and learn its the actual postal facility. So where are all the documents that they EMAILED false delivery for? Dispicable practice to take money and lie that the items were delivered to the intended address and signed for when in reality NONE of that was true.
