Place sucks, employers treat their workers like slaves and applications doesn't match work duties. Most if not everyone there is on a drug but that's everywhere. Literally said in a meeting clock out when you get back to the yard, but they will clock you out once you leave the job site with out telling you. Two faced and double standards if that's what you go by then this is the perfect place for you.

We had an issue with our boat lift. I sent a text message at 8am, received response within 30 mins. Called office. Spoke and had confirmation of a tech coming quickly. Tech came quickly, resolved situation quickly. WOW!!!! Amazing!! Exceeded my expectations. Thanks Bea, Mike and Ryan!!!

After replacing old boat lift cables, I wish the crew took the initiative to move a boat bunk and 2 upright guides they had recently installed. They needed to be moved about 6" to avoid the verticals from hitting the horizontal cable box while the lift was raising. I did it myself.

Our Lift decided to fail, dumping the boat and breaking all pilings on Christmas Eve 2021. I called Marine Construction first thing Monday am. Josh had two crews along with two boat barges on the job by 12:00 Noon. They where all very professional and got the job done in no time.
