Staff is really friendly, quality of product is decent. It's there attention to detail and efficiency where they lack. My prints all looked different, when I received them and they look absolutely forever to complete with no updates from anyone until I reached out myself everytime. I asked for additional prints that were due last week and its going into the end of the 2nd week after I post this
