Martinez Houses Remodeling did an excellent job with our bathroom remodel. Joel and his team are hard working, reliable, easy to work with, and they perform quality work. Joel had given us alternate suggestions when we had issues with the tile we picked. He worked after hours at the store to help us pick new tile. We first met Joel when Home Depot referred him to install our kitchen hood. He did and excellent job with the installation. We highly recommend Martinez houses Remodeling. We plan on working with Joel again for future home improvement projects.

I’ve lived in Stanton for over 30 years. We’ve had roof replacement windows, flooring, just about everything you can imagine living in the Same home for this many years. Lots of different contractors, all with average results. That’s where Joel Martinez comes in. My Wife and I needed a new master bathroom ,so we started looking for contractors. Called Joel Martinez Construction , got the estimate which we felt was fare. A week later we started the project with a down to the Studs remodel. Joel is without a doubt the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. If most Businesses worked like him they’d all be successful. The completion of the bathroom came 3 weeks later. It was perfect. From The floor tiles to the lighting. Turn Key is how I would describe it. I only wish I’d used Joel a few years ago when I started a kitchen remodel. I’m already planning some projects for him in 2024, if you’re in the OC due yourselves a favor and talk to Joel before you starting your next home improvement project you won’t regret it. Joel did a fantastic on our breakfast bar. He visited shortly after my request was distributed to Home Depot independent professionals, and gave a very competitive quote.
The job required partial tile countertop demolition, sturdy framing and hidden bracket installation, installation of extra electrical outlets, drywall installation, edge sculpting, baseboard installation and painting. I include a photo of the transition from the main island cabinet to the narrow elevated bar at the floor only, because the bar countertop is yet to be installed by our stone fabricator. I'll try to add the completed bar later. I made a minor ordering mistake before the job started, and rescheduling was easy. We were in constant dialogue with Joel, and he checked in with me every morning to review plans and decide on details that I did not think of in advance.
Every part of the process was efficient and professional. I look forward to working with him on future projects.
