Had an absolutely terrible experience trying to order gear online. Not only did I never receive a confirmation email regarding my order, I saw the pending charge on my account before even knowing how much it was going to be. I communicated this to the company and got blamed for not only "not finding the email" but they also just went ahead and canceled my order before checking with me. I found the same piece of gear for $100 less, had a better experience, and got all the basic information needed to be confident in an online order through a different company.

I recommend going elsewhere when looking for gear. This stuff is overpriced; paying for the Gilman brand name and the customer service is horrendous. Twice I tried to go through this company and both times have had a terrible experience. They claim to be a 'Step Ahead' but are still living in the past in regards to how they communicate and treat their customers. Got a nice long email from them though boasting about how long they've been in business and how much they work with the NFL.

For those that have been there (NFL), Gilman gear is just another basic brand that isn't widely used. You're better off going to your local supply store and purchasing from them. You'll have better customer service.
