I had a terrific experience with this Mavis location. Even after a problem was discovered after a front brake job, they very quickly rectified the situation. Scott, Doug, and (the other gentleman I forgot his name) were all fantastic and accommodating. This was my second time bringing a vehicle to this location. Today I had an excellent customer experience at Mavis West Putnam Ave! I visited to have the rear pads and rotors replaced on my vehicle. I was told by a car dealer I needed them. Scott inspected my car and informed me that I DID NOT need pads and rotors. I was thrilled to have received a belated Christmas gift. What a fantastic customer experience. I have been filling up my tires here for a month for free. Had a nail in my tire. Finally went in the shop, I had no appointment, Pernell fit me in and had my tire fix in under 30 minutes. Nice people who took care of this wayside traveler with a flat. I was back on the road in less than two hours and they did NOT over charge me. The location is clean, the operation is smooth and quite busy. They spoke to everyone who came in with care and respect.

Awesome experience
Walked in without appointment and they took me straight in, found rusty screw in my tire and pugged it. Had me in and out in minutes. Super nice people. Strongly recommend. BTW - on a Sunday afternoon!!!
