Great experience dealing with the company. They communicated by email super well. Shipping went smooth and fast. I’ve only changed a few sets of tires so far but works super well. instructions are confusing at time definitely translated but you can get the gist of it. Assembly instructions weren’t complete. Took a proses of elimination but not hard. Would buy from them in the future.

Short version - I would gladly buy this unit again.

This company has a scammer that is duplicating his site with just a minor difference in the spelling of the site's name. Initially I ordered from the scammer, realized something wasn't right and was able to contact this company (the real one).

He was extremely helpful with answering my concerns and determining what I needed for also doing motorcycle tires. I've had this unit almost two years now, have done many tires and am still pleased with my purchase. Previously I used a harbor freight changer with a MOJO lever, this unit puts my previous years of effort to shame. Especially when bead breaking some tires that have been on for years.

The process of buying and delivery of a Mayflower tire change machine to my home shop was flawless. Mayflower and their shipper (Ward) keep me in the loop at all times. Final delivery was great as the driver unloaded and placed the machine in my garage. I would have absolutely no issue with using Mayflower in the future.

Got the 980 Automatic Tire Changer with 300 Assist Arm and 800 Electronic Wheel Balancer combo. The machine has worked great and so far after half a year, we haven't had any issues. We did buy a tire cheetah as the bead blaster on the machine isn't strong enough for some setups.

The only problem I had was we broke an air fitting while putting it together, and I emailed customer service about where to get it. They never replied. I eventually found out it was a size that isn't common in the US and luckily I was able to find a pack on Amazon.

Also unfortunately when the delivery truck dropped off our combo, the box truck was so tall it tugged on a power line, but that was a small issue on the delivery service.

Otherwise, price was great: free shipping to our business! I do recommend their tire machines to hobbyists or auto shops that don't need the really expensive machines.

The product is great and shipping was quick. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I had 2 logistics problems when I ordered.
1. They sent an confirmation email when I initially ordered, which went to my spam folder. After a week of not hearing from them I called and they told me the order was on hold until after I replied to the email. They said it often times goes to customers spam folder....if they know this, why didn't they call me
2. When I confirmed the order via email, and had them ship it to my warehouse, they canceled the order and told me to re-order.... then they raised the price $100!

Absolutely one of the best tools/decisions I've ever made. I wish I'd done this long before now. Easy ordering directly from Mayflower and the lift arrived in exactly 1 week - exactly as the tracking indicated. Easy assembly and placement, 2 thumbs up! Gordon

The Tire Changer was shipped on time and delivered by freight that was very accommodating with the unloading and placement. Everything was in perfect condition and went together easily. The changer works great and well made. A Very good value!

This Mayflower 988 is perfect with it's 2 arm assist, bead setter (built into rim clamps), it's a well thought out tire changer. It's made with thick steel, basically built like a tank. I'm thrilled with the quality! I would suggest buying this product!
