I have a 250 $ water bill every month.im sorry water is usully90 and 120 the rest is sewer ,trash and who knows .this isn't my problem .my mother moves to trails end goes to get water on they hit her with $1000.couple weeks go by .now they want $l00 deposit .what the hell is the 1000 for can any one help me with this .seems like our whole lil mayflower is falling apart and there getting there's .the attorney general is where we have to go what I hear.i forgot to mention we do our laundry at laundry mat and no leaks .how in the hell can our bill be so high

Highest price for water compared to any nearby areas. When I lived in Cabot trash service was included in my water bill. Moved and got Mayflower water and my bill is higher just for water. No trash service included. For such a small town with prices that high who is the corrupt official skimming off the top.

Very rude to me, two ladies were having their own conversation behind the counter and were unhappy when I walked up to get my water turned on. Price to get my water turned on was much higher than the price they assured me it would be over the phone.

Ridiculous...you get 1 "extension" a year...no matter if u need 1 day...have no compassion for customers...even after paying 75% of your bill and literally needing til end of the week to pay the rest...screw you we're shutting you off....I understand due dates I also understand people are struggling right now...so their solution to help charge people having trouble paying their bill an extra 60$ to reconnect...CROOKS
