Arrived within a couple of hours after calling. Friendly, knowledgeable, quick and reasonable.
Will definitely use them when we need a plumber again! Highly recommend ?

I had my water heater go out again due to hard water. Well, they sent a crew out and they replaced the elements and did not clean out the sediment on the water heater like I asked them to. They said they did but evidently they did not. The water heater went out again 1.5 months later. I called up Mcnulty and they said that they do not warranty their work and that their guys had cleaned it and it was probably going to be something else wrong with it. So, I got someone else out here to check out the water heater and I watched as they flushed and scraped out a ton of sediment out of my water heater that Mcnulty's guys did not clean out... Elements were blown again due to the buildup of sediment in 1.5 months. Normally this takes over a year to build up to that amount. So, I will not be using them again. Bad customer support and service. Just shameful.

Had them come out to replace a water softener. Was told one price then billed another price. Wasn't told their time starts when they leave their office. So they use the first 30 mins of time for their travel. Check with others first before you call McNulty plumbing.

Please do not have a leak over the weekend (Saturday in my case) because they did not return my call until after 0900 Monday morning. When they did finally called us back we had another plumber already at our location. I will give them a one star because without them we would have never met the plumbers who actually called us back and did an excellent job! Thanks Precision Plumbing for being there!

We've been very satisfied customers of McNulty Plumbing for several years. They've made numerous repairs when we had plumbing leaks and when our hot water heater went out, we bought our new one from McNulty Plumbing who then installed it. They've always been reasonably priced and always do a wonderful job. We highly recommend McNulty Plumbing.

Very friendly guys and quick efficient workers.

Beware. Their billing leaves much to be desired. The supplies and labor are lumped together, consequently you have no idea how much the replaced items cost. Additionally, if you enjoy paying twice for the same type of repair at the same location, hire these people you will love them
