Shady company. Only takes cash (hello IRS) . They came out to move my shed and mismanaged it so badly that they rolled their own machinery into my woods and then rather than use their truck to retrieve it, they told me to use my truck to pull their machines out. My truck is a 1994 Ford vintage truck that does not have four-wheel-drive like his. So here I am, A 70-year-old woman trying to pull an huge fork lift out of the woods with my vintage truck….AND naturally, now my truck is stuck in the woods. Finally, I told him he was going to have to drop his trailer and use his truck to pull both machines out of the woods. He finally agrees to use his big truck to pull both my truck and his fork lift out of the woods, resulting in a lot of torn up lawn. I’m still confused why it was my job to pull the equipment that he mismanaged and he owns, out of the woods.

Because he rolled the forklift, apparently it lost all of its oil so now I have to give him motor to refill his forklift, plus supply ramp boards, which he broke ($40 boards).

Then he leaves deep ruts in my driveway and makes no attempt to even cover the DEEP holes where his machine’s big tires spun out and dug through 4” of rock gravel and into dirt.

So after 4 hours of complete incompetence, he then announced that unless I give him cash right then, ($550 to move a shed 200 yards), he’s putting the shed back to the original spot.

I told him I wasn’t told about needing cash. I literally called the day before to confirm the moving appointment but they never responded, which had they, that would have been an opportunity to tell me of their ALL CASH BUSINESS (anyone ever watched the series Ozark)?

When I called the office to question this CASH ONLY business of theirs, his wife, the office manager, said that she wasn’t there so all this wasn’t true. I assured her I have it all on video and asked if I could send it to her. She hung up.

M.C.ville Sheds is the place to go if you’re looking for a small wooden shed to a metal building.. I got a 20x30 metal building & they done a great job with it. Kept me updated throughout the whole process. Installation went great, everything was done how I wanted it within a reasonable time. I highly recommend buying from this place if you’re looking to get a building or a shed. Affordable prices & they take pride in what they do. Thanks again!

If you are looking for a storage building, stay away from M.C.ville Sheds LLC in Collinsville! They will tell you they can put the building anywhere on your property, ignoring the zoning laws for Henry County and then try to charge you an additional $250 to come and move it because it is in violation.

As a business owner delivering sheds like this, they should know and be aware of the zoning regulations. Yes I asked about it before I bought it and the only thing I was told is that if the building exceeded a certain size, it had to have a permit.

Terrible customer service. They only care about making a sale and getting their money rather than taking care of their customers.

This place was amazing! They were very flexible with meeting up to check out the sheds, even put off their own lunch to help me. Paperwork and getting everything set up was smooth, and the lady in the office was so very friendly! There was no hidden cost everything was up front and as it should be. Explained all of the paperwork in detail and answered all of my questions. She helped pick everything out that I needed and then helped ensure delivery from off the lot in a week! Fastest shed delivery ever! Communication with text and phone calls for every step of the way!
They showed up the same day as promised and went above and beyond to make sure it was all set up and leveled correctly before leaving. Down to earth and friendly guy delivered it. Everyone we worked with has just been amazing, and we will definitely be returning for our future shed needs!

we have had 2 garages put up by this company. Martin does an excellent job making sure your floor is even. Really takes time to do it right. Despite the hardships over the last couple years trying to find good help- or ANY help!
The foundation is key to the life of the building. We are very happy with our purchases.
I feel bad for him that he leased his old space across the street from his new location to someone asking only that they NOT sell sheds. He said he wouldn't-----Then subleased to someone who would!! NOT COOL!
So please purchase from MCVILLESHEDS- we also have a shed from them which is very well made and set up very well on a rainy Saturday.
I highly recommend them.

Hired to move a building in May and FINALLY showed up at 10pm on July 1st... Dropped it at the end of our driveway and Has yet to return to Put the building in proper place... Has been called numerous times and Still over 2months later has not returned... So I would say they are definitely a shady service...
