If you're looking for a professional, honest, hard working company Measured Success,LLC is definitely who you're looking for. River is a very nice and honest guy who goes above and beyond for the customer. River and his team is the best out there. He always makes sure you as the customer is happy with his work. If you need any remodeling or a house built you will not be disappointed with River and his team.

If you need a job done right, River is your guy. I have personally worked with River several times and he is one of the hardest working honest people I have ever met. River Melugin of measured success does not disappoint. I needed an addition on my home that no other contractor would touch due to the difficulty. After receiving nothing but professionalism and a wealth of knowledge and eagerness to meet my needs, I was left with what I wanted and more. The respect and courtesy I received during the entire experience was unmatched, and at a good price I feel I received A+ work. I would recommend this company to anyone, whether it’s a bathroom remodel or entire home. They WILL suite your needs and you won’t be disappointed.

River Melugin of Measured Success, LLC did a FANTASTIC job on converting my nasty screened in porch to an elevated sunroom. His attention to detail, ease of communicating with and outstanding carpentry skills impressed not only me but visiting friends and they are getting him to do some work for them. I highly recommend this company and River. I now have 4 large fixed picture windows, recessed lighting and he even repaired my storage building. River manages a very nice crew of men who are also very picky.

River also repaired my flooring in my living room and hall that needed to be jacked up under the house. Tomorrow he’s installing all new closet doors in my house, eliminating the hated bifold doors. I’m sure they’ll be done just as well as his other work.

Did a remodel in May of 2023. Excellent job! We could not be happier with River and his team's work. Not only did they take great care of us, checking and double checking in with us all along the way but he finished earlier than we anticipated. We will definitely call on you again if needed. Highly recommend these guys!
