Installed a new toilet and failed to fix a pipe. Later when it became an issue, they failed to report the work that was done and denied doing it. Later they admitted to it and said they would have someone come out to look at the issue. We were without a working toilet for weeks. The process of calling began near Christmas and it is now March and they are screening calls and not responding. We've used them for years and now suddenly it's nothing but problems and unprofessional behavior.

Medley’s came to service my HVAC unit. It was low on Freon, they arrived the day that I called for service! Unheard of these days! The young man who provided the service was very knowledgeable in his trade and was completely transparent with what was going on with my unit. Cannot recommend enough! The office staff is the BEST!!

I called for a quote & they called back quickly but our financing had fell through. A month later I called for a quote and it took a week for them to call me back. Quote was given verbal over the phone on a Friday and the new A/C system was installed the following Wednesday. Now another month later & all is well with no problems.......and the final invoice was $200 below the bid price.....that's amazing especially when dealing with a 1929 farmhouse in the country (most things come in at double the bid)

I was visiting my mother in Brandenburg from June 10th to June 16th. When I arrived on the 10th, the pilot light on her water heater had gone out and I could not get it lit. We called Medley's and were told someone would be out the next day to check it out. Late afternoon on the 11th we still had not heard from a repair person, so I called again and was told that a repair person would be out later that day. I left to return to GA on the 16th and we still had not seen or heard from a repair person about the water heater. Fortunately, I was able to light the pilot but it did go out a couple of more times while I was there and I had to try to show my 78 year old mother how to light it herself since she could not get it repaired. Poor business practice and customer service. If you are that busy, great for you, but don't schedule appointments that you do not plan to keep. We could have tried to find someone that was willing to take on the small job.

This is a updated review from dealing with them. Problems: low quality of work, hard to get to show up. I told them the problem with the hvac leaking. They ended up leaving not fixing it and had to call them to come back. After they came back they fixed what I told them. Now they are the last company I will call for services.

Let me explain on the 3 stars. They did a good job with installing my water heater but have a real issue of calling people back. Called about a clogged pipe, was told they would call me back after speaking to plumber.........a week later nothing. I could have called back but I tried to let them be responsible and they failed.
