Starting a new job and was hoping to get a couple suits on Veteran's day after seeing an ad from Men’s Warehouse. Upon entering one staff member was quite rude in his demeanor, and once talking to me let me know there were no Veterans Day deals in the store and they couldn’t help me. I tried asking about affordable suits or anything close but got no where. I would have been willing to spend $300 a suit even without the deals. He seemed upset or had other things on his mind, because he gave up after showing a single suit followed by then saying to shop online and passed me to someone for sizing. Khalid did my sizing and was kind and thoughtful. Will not be returning and will find my suits elsewhere for now on.

Went here for my wedding the women was nice but every single person complained about how rude and cocky frank was spent over 2000 on rentals and the suits literally fell apart before the wedding started all our buttons came off it was a disaster on top of that they charged us a 40$ a person late fee even after returning it 48 hrs from the even like I told "frank" I would and at time he said no problem then when we dropped off he said sorry it's company policy. Terrible business

Horrible experience. Got sized for a tux for a wedding. When I came back to pick it up in the store, I made sure to try it in before leaving and it was comically big. Not even in the realm of fitting me.

They then informed me to take everything back home with me, and I would get new items and to just return them all at once. This was unacceptable, why would I bring home items that clearly did not fit, just so I have the liability of these items.

After refusing to take home anything unless it was the correct size, I came back roughly a week later and tried on everything to again make sure it fits. Some items were still large, but acceptable and I went home with my items.

Having been so concerned with the sizing issues I have been having, I didn't look close enough at the jacket to realize how disgusting it was. There were weird stains covering the front of the jacket but depending on the light it made it difficult to see. If you looked closely it was filthy and disgusting. Lucky for me, the venue had great lighting so my horribly stained men's warehouse jacket was on full display.

With the aggressive return policy, I made sure to bring back everything the day after the event. Since I already paid, there was no reimbursement for the money I spent on this rental even though they gave me a disgusting product. I am extremely disappointed, having paid an absurd amount for this rental, I expected a decent product. This was far from my experience.

I ordered a few rentals (shirt, pants, vest, suspenders and bow ties) for my brother and I for my wedding. The vests were missing and upon looking at the receipt, Men's Warehouse never even ordered them after going over what we wanted multiple times. The guy was so concerned that we leave him a good review when checking us out that he forgot to order 20% of our suites. I would not go back.

This is not an indictment on the company or the Enfield store. This is directly about the Enfield store manager, Jeff. The short story, I purchased three suits for myself, my older son, and my younger son the groom. First appointment went great, everything was mailed to my son. Second fitting went great, some minor alterations needed to be made, paid for the alterations and were told we would get an email when they were ready. My son the groom went back for the final fitting/pick up and was told they have no jacket for him and that it was not left for alterations. This couldn't be further from the truth. The manager, Jeff was confrontational with my son and it was not resolved. I reassured my son it was a mistake and would take care of it. The day I picked up my suit I addressed the issue with the manager Jeff, who became defensive saying we needed to get our stories straight. Needless to say I in turn became defensive. Jeff asked me multiple times to leave the store, without my suit, I refused. Short story longer, Jeff called 911 stating I was being verbally abusive, verbal yes, abusive no, using vulgarities, yes. The police spoke with both of us., telling me that Jeff was being confrontational with him as well and suggested I contact corporate which I agreed with. I later called the store and spoke with Ethan who we worked previously and was at the store during this. Explained who I was, telling him I understood if he could not work with me. He was more than helpful, found a jacket for my son and promised to take care of it. I'm note sure if it was the original or whether I will need to pay for another, but at least he's getting one. Shame on you manager Jeff for not working with me to find a solution and for wasting community resources by calling 911.

I found these folks very helpful. I needed a rush on a suit, and their turnaround time was very quick. Very clean, professional, and informative. Prices are a bit high, but the suits are of high quality. Suit, socks, shoes, shirt, and tie. One stop shopping. Everything included for about $1,000.00. I will go again and highly recommend this location.
