Have been trying to get an overcharge of my wastewater corrected, to no avail. Have emailed and called several times. This has been going on over 2 months. Terrible customer service. Wish I had another option.

Water Meter is working fine and send me bills reading '0' for two months. I pay them in full and on the 3rd Bill I get an actual reading which I don't know how since I'm always under 4000 gallons a month and they say they have the actual number. So, two months '0' reading and then suddenly 4000 gallons on my third month. Wow, 4000 gallons is definitely from the two months. That's OK. Now, the fourth month they say you used 5000 gallons when actually the reading is different. So, to sum it up I used 11000 to 12000 in 4 months and now they want to bump up my bill because they are saying I used more water and will bill me for every extra 1000 gallons. Dimwits, don't calculate that starting from 330000 to 341000 that's average of 4000 gallons less a month but they say "Oh, people don't stay in their houses and their reading will be '0' ".

I have had a lot of problems with the water being brown. They say on their website that the drinking water is crystal clear...it is not! For how much we pay, i would expect at least average water.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Technologically outdated. In my opinion the company needs to make an update to the website. Rude customer service.
