I’ve used propane in various homes I’ve lived in for over 35 years and have never run out—-until I ran out yesterday with coldest temps of the year and a snowstorm 8 hours away. I called the Garnet location (my usual supplier) at 2pm in a panic and was apologetically told that the driver had 10 stops and it was doubtful that he could make it to me until next day or later. But alas, Steve made it about 8pm and got us filled! He could have just as well told me that he couldn’t make it and I would have understood but he cared and went the extra mile!!! I’m very grateful for the customer service lady and especially for Steve!!!

The Garnett branch has been nothing but wonderful to me! When my former propane supplier let my tank run empty, Dave had it filled within a few hours, on a Saturday! The ladies in the office are always helpful and extremely pleasant to talk to. The delivery guys are also very pleasant. They do a great job of not getting off the gravel when filling my propane tank and diesel tank. When I call to have my diesel tank filled, a truck usually shows up within 24 hrs. A great bunch to do business with!

Previously used another big name for our propane delivery, but I kept hearing good things about MFA so I thought I'd give them a shot. Service reps on the phone were helpful in answering questions, and the driver (Brian) that came out to inspect/fill our tank was as good as they get! Extremely thorough, friendly, informative, and seemed proud to be working for MFA. Propane prices were very competitive also. Glad I made the switch!

Been trying a month to get you guys to come out and just do an auto fill for my propane tank
Your application forms are way too long and difficult to fill out after going back-and-forth with emails. I decided just to have Ferrellgas come out and fill it.

First off technician used a 21 year old code book when came out and refused to hook up our gas, after a month-and-a-half of us and the plumber going through and sending manufacturing specifications of csst and it's fittings to him he finally come out and hook us up 2 only use indoor appliance tubing to connect the regulator to the house and the tank to our polyline.
Second issue, when confronted about their technician using indoor fittings and if he was coming to fix it or do we have to change it was unable to get anyone with the company to respond or answer our questions.
The third issue was after we paid their invoice they sent us a second invoice stating they undercharged us and we had more to pay but were unable to pelaez what they undercharged us on

Why will no one call us back. Everything went well when we first contacted them and was told when the house was in to give them a call for them to get the tank in and lines run. House has been here almost 2 weeks and called several times to be told “We will have a Service Technician call you” and we get nothing. This is the last thing that needs done for us to get approval to move in.
