OTR divers.
overnight parking allowed
on New Street on the north side.
you will see a huge dirt lot.
drive past security follow signs.
they start at 0600
FCFS
go park, walk up with PANTS! CLOSED SHOES! VEST!
you need: PO, truck info, trailer info, id.
you will need hard hat and safety glasses to get loaded.
drove across the street to get loaded.
2 trucks at a time.
It took 1 and a half hours to wait and then get loaded.
6 reels
they will block
you will secure
seal trailer, then drive back.
drive all around the parking area.
if you want a scale ticket.
use the one close to the parking area
NOT the one close to security.
set brakes, walk up to window.
look into and read your axles.
then drive back to check out with security.
i.e. return vest, hard hat.
scale is free
they load good. no issues.

The good: Overnight parking, dogs allowed out of truck in parking area if on leash (nowhere else), weights are set for CA tandem length and on-site scale is reliable, lots of porta potties and dumpsters.

The Bad: Slow AF to get loaded. Convoluted check-in process, slow loaders. Heavy loads with no CAT scale for at least 90 miles. Hairy hills to get in and out, tight manuevering. You WILL burn your clock here. This place is trucker HELL!!

The Ugly: Check in is across the street, go to truck parking, go back to the guard shack (bring tractor and trailer #, plate # for both, DOT # and ID), get hard hat for entering building, go where directed, wait in line, take a nap, eat lunch, wait, wait, play a little russian roulette, wait some more, get loaded, go back to parking area, scale (watch your right rear, theres a hidden block poking out and I saw 2 trailers scrap and 1 trailers hub destroyed). You'll need 3 straps to ensure the rolls don't slide (prepare to climb over 6 big rolls, 3 front loaded, 3 backloaded). Plan on it taking you twice as long to get over the hills no matter which way you go.

Good folks! If first time here, ya need check in on Northside of 60. They have large dirt lot and can park overnight.
