Reached out with remote problems. Shipped it to them, with in 5 days of receiving it i had answers to what's wrong and actions to take. 2 days later its fixed and returning to me. Very easy company to deal with and everyone is super helpful and friendly.

I have been maintaining Block Trucks with Wireless Remote Controls since 1994. We started with Microtronics through our local Steelmaster Dealer and when he closed up, Microtronics stepped up to help keep us running! Their Equipment, Parts and Service is very reliable and durable. Many of our 'Wireless Remote Control Units' have been on several different trucks now as we replaced the trucks! And in service over 20 years!

I can not thank them enough for the Help they have given me, and the added Safety of our Drivers Controlling the Unloaders without 'Copper Wires' in their hands if something went wrong, or they raised the boom into a power wire! Microtronics is also very careful that Each Truck is on its own "Band" so one truck next to another will not have Issues or 'Move Unexpectedly'.
