I called Middlesex Glass on a Friday morning and dropped off my broken double pane window around 11. They were very clear that it might not be ready same day but they made it happen before 3 pm that afternoon. The price was fair, people were very pleasant, and my only regret is waiting so long to give them a call. If you break a window, Middlesex Glass and Greenhouse should be your first call!

I broke my kitchen window Sunday afternoon. They responded to my Facebook message the same day. They got me scheduled Monday for Tuesday, and had the fix done the same day. They even had a cash discount. I called other companies and would have had to pay $300+ more elsewhere. They were also super kind and friendly. They even gave my kid bubblegum.

Came home from vacation to find a stone had hit my front window and within 24 hours the crack extended the full width of the window. Called middlesex glass right here in Cromwell and they were here within a half hour! They removed the window and returned 4 hours later with it completely fixed and reinstalled it. Price was great and they are so friendly and accommodating! Always deal with local vendors!

Ed was considerate, patient, and skilled with me and the job! He guided me, was honest, kind and completed my job by building new pet protective screens. When I took them home, I couldn't make the door slide correctly requiring adjustments that i had a hard tine with, so he came by and made the adjustments for me. Pricing is very fair, and the company is now my Go To for windows and screens! Thank you!!!

Ed came in early to repair it because Nancy said we were going to have bad thunder storms later today and didn't want rain to do any damage. Ed delivered window right over. Great service.

Ed and Nancy are very friendly and inviting when going to their shop for help. I brought a window for repair that was done at another glass company who did a terrible job. Ed did the glass replacement the same day and did a fantastic job in repairing the window the correct and professional way.
