Calvin is the most honest mechanic I’ve encountered, he runs a great business. As a young woman without much mechanical savvy, I‘ve often wondered whether I’m being dealt with fairly at mechanical shops, but not here! These guys have always gone above and beyond to do right by me and often go the extra mile. Cannot recommend this shop enough!

Great Customer service. Feels like family when going in to drop off your vehicle. Calvin and Jason are very energetic to establish new business in town. They have a excellent pickup & drop off service. I needed a part for my door and they had it in town within a couple of weeks and came over and grabbed my truck put it in and brought back the truck which made my day much more convenient.

My wife and I had been driving by this place for a few months now and we always questioned "What is that place?" A few days ago, while searching for somewhere to have a service done on our vehicles, I figured it out "Mike Hatch Sales & Service". I decided to give them a try and was pleasantly surprised. Jason, the service writer?, was very pleasant. He scheduled our two vehicles in for the next morning. As soon as we arrived our vehicles were moved to a rack and the service had begun. Another thing that really surprised me was the technician, Calvin (I think was his name), actually came out and explained what had been done and things that we should keep an eye on. That just doesn't happen these days.
Thanks guys! I'm giving 4 stars simply because of the cost. It seemed a little high for two oil changes, honestly if I could, I'd give 4.5 stars.

Fantastic job. Did my oil change, checked everything, replaced my wiper blades -- all for an extremely CHEAP price but with HIGH QUALITY service and extraordinary customer service. Won't go anywhere else in Juneau to get my oil change.

I love Mike! He's amazing! When I was in college, he kept me in rolling wheels and did everything he could to help me. He was honest, fair, and he truly listened to me. I can't recommend him or his dealership highly enough!
