Jan and Dave at Milano Self-Storage are extremely fair and kind and helpful. I always felt that they just wanted to help. When the sale of our condo fell through, I was able to get my money refunded. Then when we did sell the condo, we rented two storage units. It turned out we only used one for a brief time, and again we were refunded money. When we thought we might need two units. Dave left one open for us, letting us wait to sign paperwork for the second unit if and when we used both units. I recommend this company without reservation.
