This is the 2nd project that Eddie and his skilled crew at Millennium Construction have completed at my home.
The quality of workmanship, professionalism and timeliness of both projects has been exemplary.
The office staff is also very pleasant and extremely professional.

A few years ago, we hired Millennium Construction to re-model our old, brick-paved backyard and pool area. We had a vision of what we wanted, and Eddie and his crew took it a step farther. They showed us beautiful 3-D renderings of what they had envisioned, and it was a beautiful makeover. Smooth concrete, new pool tiles and plastering and pool filter enclosure. All with the mid-century look we were looking for. Perhaps the best part of the re-model was how they changed the gutter system to run under the concrete and out to the street. We were so happy with the results, that years later, we brought them back to re-model the front of the house.

Again, we showed them what we liked as far as mid-century materials, and they transformed our dry-rotted wood into a masterpiece. Composite wood that never needs painting, fencing to match, black trim and a state-of-the-art lighting system. Again, they took our ideas and brought back a vision that was beyond our expectations. The front and back yards are harmoniously tied together.

The one thing that I cannot stress enough about Eddie and his crew is the professionals that he works with. Brian did a wonderful job of supplying the blueprints and working on the landscape design and getting permits passed. One other person who deserves a shout out is Chris, who handled all the electrical upgrades.

I'm very impressed with Millennium Construction's work on our outdoor living project. They transformed our ideas into a stunning reality. They had a great team of designers and builders who were excellent at their jobs. They showed us 3D designs that helped us visualize our new space with furniture and colors. The builders were punctual, tidy and meticulous. They finished the project ahead of schedule and exceeded our expectations. Our outdoor living space is a dream come true and we are very happy.
