Mills Construction recently remodeled our home and built a large addition.  They made the planning and design process simple because it was done in house rather and the amazing thing is that it was all done in house.  The technology they used allowed us to track the process of our project from the time we signed the contract until its completion.  We love our beautiful newly designed home and highly recommend the Mills team.

We hired Mills Construction to do a garage addition to our home back in December. We accepted the drawing they drew up and paid them $10,000 for a down payment for the job. This was on December 8, 2024. We were working with Bobby Myrick. My husband took the drawing to ARC in The Villages. It was rejected. They drew up another option which was a game room with double doors. It was also rejected by ARC. Long story short tried a couple more options , all rejected. On March 10, 2025 we wrote a letter to Mills Construction saying we were canceling the contract due to not being able to get anything close to what we originally wanted. It is now April 8, 2025. One month later and no refund. After numerous calls, messages and emails with no response I decided to write this review. We had to pay the 20% deposit immediately when we accepted their drawing and scope of work. They have had our money for 4 months now. No clue as to when or if we will be getting a refund. They had said they have done a lot of work in The Villages. You would think they should know what you can and can't do. That was not the case.

I used Mills for my restaurant remodeling project. I had a tight timeline and a fixed budget. He brought a full crew in and knocked out an amazing amount of work ranging from painting to putting on a new metal roof. I'm not sure a good review does these guys justice.

Mills did beautiful work in our kitchen to install a range hood and vent it out the roof, and encasing the vent work in a new wall addition. The team was efficient and communicated with us every step of the way about timeline, work schedule, and progress. I also felt that the price was reasonable for the scope of the work. I will definitely use this contractor again if I have projects in the future!

Working with Mills Construction and Improvements was a pleasure!
We recently did a complete renovation of our kitchen, garage and den.
Judson Mills and his crew were punctual everyday and worked hard and
fast to complete our renovation. Judson made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of each work day so we were never left with a mess. Judson discussed every part of the renovation to ensure we were happy with the end results. He made sure everything
was done correctly even making sure the small details that were hidden were done right. Quality and integrity is what you will get! We would not hesitate to employ Mills Construction and Improvements for our next renovation project. FIVE STARS!
