This locally owned business has been extremely helpful and generous. Their service is very kind and they seem to make my experience as a customer their priority. Most recently I had to let my coverage lapse due to financial difficulties after recovering from a health repair. Instead of keeping my service shut off till I could pay they covered the late fee and gave me a small credit to get my service turned back on. I am so glad to have this company in our community!!!

Outta 15 years in the Quincy area this is the best service for not only internet but their customer service is AAA+++ can do almost everything thru text messages and are very very quick to respond. Installer was very professional and quick and did a top notch job. Would recommend to everybody, thought we could only get digital path and their service blows them right out of the water never one issue. Customer service is 5 star right along with their service

Excellent service, support, and company. Very fast internet and whenever a problem arises they are super quick to get you back online. Lightning struck my dish earlier this week and fried everything. A tech was out to reinstall a new dish and all new wiring the SAME day. We are very lucky to have such a quality business in Quincy.

They came out within the time window they said they would and has it installed very quickly! Their prices on their website are really what they charge you, no hidden surprises. I couldn’t figure out how to connect to my tv after the tech had left and he came right back and tried to fix the issue (which was my tv not the Internet). I’m currently streaming movies now and very happy with my services ?

My experience with MINetworks, Inc has been excellent. I first got this service while living in a remote area without other options. From day one, I have received extremely fast and reliable service. The only reason I am changing service is, I am not living in an area with fiber optics which is required for me to work from home. I highly recommend this company and their excellent service to anyone. Not only is it fantastic at home, but you can also take it with you when you travel.
