I called, when the shop was closing, and needed a large order printed and sent to a nearby hotel for a Board of Directors meeting (obviously important). Karen was AMAZING and took charge. She stayed late, made sure they were printed and delivered in time for our meeting. I felt helpless as I was out of state, but she made me feel comfortable and I trusted her completely.
