Need to hire better security guards. None of them would get off their phones to assist me with which department I needed to go to in order to drop off my paperwork.

I’m going through a very hard time in my life other than stuff in the world with this covid-19 and this lady just literally laughed on the phone and continued to speak over me while I was trying to ask questions or explain my situation. And she laughed. May God be with her when it’s her turn

Horrible customer services. Can’t never get anyone on the phone when you need them. Need more young people working in the downtown office. Building need major upgrades. It’s a freaking mad house when you have to visit the office. Alabama can do do better.
