Modern Comfort Mechanical was new to us but we were pleasantly surprised how responsive Jeff was, and also the quality of his work trouble shooting and repairing a leak in our Central Air System.
As a follow-up to their original service call that repaired our central air issue, we had Jeff install a new hot water heater. The entire experience was excellent and he was very professional. Highly recommend them!

Jeff was fantastic and knows his stuff! I made the call after my old AC quit. Jeff promptly came out, explained my options clearly, made some recommendations, and got me rolling on my upgrade to a new AC/heat pump system. If I could give Modern Comfort Mechanical more than 5 stars, I would! They just finished the installation of a heat pump in my ranch style home. I wanted ceiling vents instead of wall mounted units, so they had to run ductwork in my attic. On each day of the project, the Owner, Jeff and employee, Andrew both arrived at the time they said they would. I was impressed by Jeff's knowledge, attention to detail, and overall work ethic, traits that allowed me to trust him completely. They were neat and took pains to not make or leave messes or work materials around the home. Jeff truly cares about the customer and wants them to be happy with the final outcome, which I definitely am! I felt we were in good hands during all phases of our project. It was obvious that Jeff doesn't take shortcuts, but does his installations "the right way". Before going home each day, they vacuumed up any small debris that fell during the work progress, usually leaving things cleaner than when they got here. If anyone is looking for a heat pump installation, give Modern Comfort Mechanical a call. You won't be disappointed!

Jeff was communicative, professional, and friendly throughout the whole process of replacing our defunct hvac system in our antique home. He helped us understand our equipment and financing options, processed rebate paperwork and answered any questions we had before starting the job, as well as during the job. When it came time to do the work, he was more organized about scheduling than we were, and completed the job in the timeframe he originally estimated. We never felt pressured about anything, but felt like he knew his stuff and could be trusted. That’s a huge thing when someone is doing work on a major component of your home.
