This place has transformed for the better! The new manager Manny and his employees he hired are PERFECT and they know their job! I’m always greeted with great respect and great hospitality!!!! Thank you all for showing everyone what customer service is all about! This is a picture of my vehicle they take good care of and they just did my brakes and coil and here’s the wrapper to prove it’s newly installed!

Monroe Auto is the only mechanic shop I've been to that I feel is trustworthy without a doubt. Shout out to Manny and the crew! You guys were incredibly helpful. Manny gives off a very genuine vibe. Effortlessly humorous and kind at the same time. He also knows his shit and will walk you through any questions. Employees like Manny and the rest of his crew (I really wish I got their names) are the reason I will return to Monroe for all of my car needs.

Huge thank you to Manny for taking care of my truck. Almost paid for a service before knowing what I actually needed and he took his time to pinpoint the actual issue. Fixed the ball joints in my upper control arms, did an alignment and balanced my wheels and my truck is riding much better. Super nice dude. I’ll be coming here for maintenance moving forward.

Two of the employees who work there were extremely helpful to me. I needed assistance with something on my car and stopped in to see if someone could help me. They went above and beyond, helped me with my issue (which took two of them and at least 10 minutes). They were kind and professional. Unfortunately I didn’t get their names, but I would go back there in a heartbeat. Finding such great customer service these days isn’t easy. Thank you to the two gentlemen. You made my day!

Manny and team are great. I had online tires shipped directly to the shop and they installed for a reasonable price. They them noticed a crack in my rim which was leading to the tire always loosing air. Thanks to their keen eye I was able to order new rims online and they got me right in to install them and the tires.

Great group of guys over here. I came to them with a nail in my tire. They had me in and out in 10 minutes having a heating and air-conditioning business where I’m on the road 24 hours a day service like that is important. I recommend these guys anytime you have an issue With your car Or vehicle.

The tech guy at the front desk, was great. I brought my car in to have my headlights replaced, I was told the wheels needed to be removed to get access. I was told it would take 2 hours and cost almost $500. I just thanked him and left, I called my son and he told me to just bring it back home. He had it fixed in less than 10 minutes and didn’t have to remove the tires. Total cost $20 and six donuts for him and his brother.
