We went to look for a new tree and Bobbie Flores showed us around. He saw what we couldn't have in our HOA and showed things that were allowed, in budget, and low maintenance. Took less than an hour, which was a lot less time than the MVD!

We are scheduled for delivery in a couple weeks. Thank you Bobbie!!!

Update; They came and installed everything in approximately 30 minutes! I love it so much.

The crew arrived on time. Blake and crew went straight to work. He communicated well with his team and us. The planting site was carefully prepared for our new palm, and it was planted without incident. Blake reviewed the watering needs. His crew tidied the site. We are very satisfied with the work.

Blake and Scotty and their crew arrived on time and did an excellent job planting our 2 new trees and 7 desert plants/cactus to fill in around what we already had. They clearly explained how to care for everything. They communicated with their crew well. They left the yard cleaned up and in pristine condition. They were great!

Did not hire them- they were hired by my neighbors. Along with Smiley Crane. Very unprofessional. Delivered plants to my neighbor’s house across the street and blocked traffic in both directions, parked their crane right in front of my house and made it unable for me to leave. I needed to take my son to school and had a drs appointment. I asked them to move the crane so I could get out and they said they couldn’t because it would take an hour to break it all down. So all I could do was sit there and wait for them to finish their job. My son was late to school. There was no heads up, no warning that the street would be blocked or that I wouldn’t be able to go anywhere. Very frustrating. If that’s who moon valley chooses to works with…I would never use them for plants/delivery

Purchased 40k worth of trees from these guys two years ago. Three of which were their 15ft date palms. Had them installed all in same area (by moon valley) with all of them getting the same amount of water. One never grew from when they installed it and now I’m being told that I have to replace it. They quoted me $7500 to replace a tree they gave me that was bad from the start. I paid less than half of that for the bad tree they installed two years ago. These guys are crooks and I won’t ever give them my business again. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I love working with Moon Valley. So far, they have planted 7 trees for me and remodeled my entire front yard with a beautiful 6 foot saguaro, agave, Mexican fence post, Moroccan mound, and barrel cacti. They always ring their A game. I can't recommend them enough.

We purchased two fruit trees with the assistance of Bobbie Flores from Moon Valley. The crew did an excellent job and planted the trees exactly where we wanted them. A few days later, we received an unexpected phone call from Moon Valley’s arborist, Derek Wagner. He asked if he could come by to check on the trees. Everything looked good; and we adjusted the watering times. We appreciated the in-person follow-up on our investment.
