I usually don't fabricate galvanize products but this time had a customer that requested galvanize finish.
In my opinion their finish was terrible.
I had to spend almost a day to sand down the build up and rough finish.
This is a product that has comercial traffic and many people use the handrail.
So, If you need quality work I do not recomend Moore "NOT" Quality Galvanizing.

Ive had good service and fast production each time ive used Moore. We've done about 15-20 projects total. Every time we need hot dipping its a fast paced tight schedule project and Moore has got it done for us each time.

The absolute worst in customer service. All employees that I and three others in our company dealt with are liars, and when questioned about their lies, we received nothing but anger and disrespect. Their accounting office is clueless. So happy we don't have to use them ever again, and would never recommend their service to anybody. Not even worth one star. I'm sure I'll get a nasty response to this post, and it will just cement the fact that they lie to cover their inability to provide even just decent service.

This place damaged my trailer when they loaded it, they did not care at all, they were extremely rude about the whole situation. Their work isn’t even half as good as it would need to be for me to ever go back after something like that. Please use anyone else if at all possible. This place doesn’t deserve anyone’s business.
