I’m extremely happy with the repair of our gas furnace that Morris provided. Wade was excellent. He had the proper tools to diagnose (electric meter and vacuum meter) and skills/experience. He completed the replacement of the inducer motor for under $500. I had another quote for the same work at $1,437. Thanks Morris and Wade.

They come out and reviewed our “loud” AC and heating. They said they could fix it and reduce the noise by 95%, it could take a day and a half, and gave us a quote. Three workers came one week later and did the work. They did the service requested with high quality, in 7 hours, and cleaned up so you didn’t know they were there. I was skeptical about the 95% reduction in noise, maybe 70-80%, it’s 99.5%. It was truly the best investment we made in this house and the price was good. Five out of five stars.

I first used Morris Heating & Sheetmetal in May of '23, using them to fab a gutter section, 2 sets of upper/lower Skylight saddles and the associated step-shingles. From the time I placed the order and then picked them up was a few days. The workmanship was outstanding, and the level of accuracy was superb!
Just recently the circuit board in my furnace went out and I texted Bill who quickly called me back, listen to my explanation of the problem and then, sent out their Service Tech. Wade came out the same day, analyzed the situation and determined it was the Board. Within the same day he located a replacement Board, texted me back with a cost for labor and material and provided me with the option for what day to return. Wade came back the next day, installed the new Board, tested it, made sure everything worked properly and most importantly made sure I (the customer) was satisfied.
I cannot say enough about the customer service, quality of workmanship and follow-up provided to us by Morris Heating and Sheet Metal!!!
There is no question we will use them in the future.

I’m a general contractor in the Calistoga area.
About five years ago I installed nine mini splits in my home.
The HVAC contractor I had here locally never got it right.
Very disheartening.
Fortunately, I received a referral from a local contractor to Morris HVAC!
I’ve had numerous people work on this, but these guys got the job done.
I would have to say that the work was exceptional.
I can’t recommend them enough.
Don’t think twice.

I purchased an air conditioner from Morris when I moved into my home 12 years ago. After a short time, the AC broke and Morris diagnosed it as a broken motor and they replaced it quickly without an issue. I was surprised when I turned on the AC a couple weeks ago and it wasn't working because I only use it a handful of times every summer. I called Morris for the repair and John quickly returned my call and sent out a repairman the next day. Phil diagnosed the problem as the motor and it took a few days for them to find a replacement. Once they did, it was replaced quickly and the AC is working well now. When I called John to find out what I owed, I was surprised and delighted to learn there was no charge because of the problem I had with the motor when the AC was initially installed. This company is honest, professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Morris for your AC needs.

Morris replaced an air conditioner in a new house we bought and even upgraded it for no charge after we were having problems,very satisfied with their work. I have been remiss to not post this over a year ago. Thank you Morris!
Now need to make appointment to have both daughters houses and our house air conditioner checked out due to the horribly high temps we have been experiencing. Would hate to have any one of them go out ! Will be calling in the morning 🙂
