Never answers the phone I’ve left messages and haven’t gotten a call back at all. I’ve gone to the park to talk to anyone that’s running the park and no one is ever in the office. The owner seriously needs to find someone that is gonna be in the office the hours they have posted and to answer the phone

I have lived here for almost 2 years now. 90% of the summer the water is shut off due to a waterline/tank issue. Every time it's shut off, we receive little to no warning. This has been happening for almost 2 years now. One would think that if they are shutting it off, that the problem would be resolved. It should not take 2 years to fix. The company cannot keep a park manager either. It's a revolving door for unexperienced people to have authority for a few months before a new one comes in. It's sad really. And very frustrating for those who have small children in this park. Many people breaking park rules, such as boarding up windows, unleashed dogs, noise disturbances. It's extremely sad and highly upsetting. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for anyone if they can find elsewhere. Was hoping to have a better experience living here.

Nice park that used to be not so good. The new owners seem to care about the place. I grew up here, so it's nice to see it being taken care of

Very unique and peacefull trailer park. The setup of the trailers are basically up hill, there are many trailers in need of some repairs and the new management and their team are doing an amazing job at bringing life back to those deserted homes and the park itself!

Some of the trailers are pretty run down but the owner has been doing a lot of work to rectify that. Lot rent is fairly cheap and they try not renting to rif raf.

New owners and managers and they r running it in the ground more and they are not treating people right and refuse to let the low income people pay like the old owners so people are getting 7 day pay or quit notices. Its very sad thing that has happened they don't work with people or anything any more sad to see

I remember it by its old name. All my friends moved on, now grand daughter was visiting there. I looks a lot nicer and tidier.. We'll wait and see for more..
