Brett and his team were fantastic to work with. We were without heat during the biggest blizzard in Kansas' recorded history. They were able to get a new HVAC system installed safely, properly, and quickly. They were willing to work with us on everything, including energy rebates. The sales process was straight forward, all of our questions were answered, and we never felt pushed. Would definitely call again for more work. Thank you, everyone.

Mr. Breeze is by far the best HVAC company around. They are very professional and quick to respond to any service we need. They did an excellent job installing a new furnace, heat pump and air conditioner. We highly recommend them!!!

I changed the batteries in the thermostat and the blower didn’t seem to be working. They were able to come check it out in the morning found nothing wrong. Which I was happy to hear. However I was not happy with the service fee. I called before they open and the tech told me it would be $119 due to coming before office hours. The tech came @10:00 during office hours and the service call was the fee $119. Not sure I agree with the the charge being the same rate for emergency calls and during business hours.

I signed up for the Sapphire membership. Scheduled my seasonal heating system check. Ke'Vonte arrived and identified himself and began checking my heating system at 3:26pm. Finished at 3:52pm. Very polite and respectful.

Called 7/16/24 after my A.C. stopped blowing cold air. The young lady was very kind and tried to send someone the same day or the next day. Because of my own schedule, I waited until Friday 7/19/24. I received a text reminder the day before. Day of received another with Jake's photo. I appreciate that as a safety precaution. Jake arrived, was very kind and knowledgeable, and the pricing is reasonable. Took less than 30 minutes to fix. I do recommend using their services. This company will now be my regular HVAC company.

Worked with the owner Brett to update my water heating system. Worked out a deal which turned it cheaper than my devious quote. service was quick. I’m happy with the process. The team was great with explaining things and future operation should I have an issue. Made sure that I should not hesitate to call if I have any questions or concerns. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Just had whole new hvac system installed by Mr. Breeze. They were very knowledgeable and explained things well. A wonderful experience from beginning to the end. They were very professional and installed a loaner window unit air conditioner until the job was completed.
