The estimate was very straightforward. The man who came to the house for the estimate and who did the work was very professional And completed in the time they expected. Highly recommend. I originally requested a gutter installer through Home Depot to install a two-tier gutter system with downspouts on the back of my house, a Colonial with a high roof line, in northeastern CT. Mr Handyman replied within the hour, and was out at my house taking pictures to support a quote later that morning. I had the quote via e-mail within just a few hours. The quote was reasonable, and I scheduled a time to have the work done within the week. Mr Handyman’s owner and tech (Mohammad) showed up on time, completed the work in a timely fashion, and did an excellent job. They were very personable, polite, and made sure the work complied with what I wanted. When the work was completed (it took about 6 hours), the invoice matched the quote, despite extra time spent resolving a few unexpected difficulties. I really appreciated the diligence of Mr Handyman and techs on all levels, especially in the current environment of not being able to get good contractors in a timely fashion, or at crazy prices. I would definitely hire them again to do other work needed around my house.

My 120lb dog snapped one of my lower kitchen cabinets in 2 pieces and I wasn’t sure if it could be fixed or I was gonna have to replace it. Mohamed came out, acessed the cabinet was fixable, took it with him to repair it, then brought it back good as new a few days later for a very reasonable price. Easy to call and book an appointment. We had Jim come out and work in our bathroom (fixing a broken glass shower door and install new mirror and sink as well as other stuff) and he did a great job. Communicated well and did the job as fast as possible while doing quality work.
