Bought a Alvarez grand auditorium guitar. Absolutely gorgeous instrument and Mr Reid was helpful and professional. He went beyond to help get discounts and even hooked me up with a hardshell case.
I recommend to everyone to stop by and check them out.
They carry a quality line of instruments and are very knowledgeable about equipment and repairs.

My son was given a guitar and needed a strap for him to be able to play it comfortably. Mr. Reid's shop ordered us a child's strap and called us once it came in. They were so kind and helpful, giving all sorts of helpful, guitar-related info to us newbies. I would recommend anyone go to Mr. Reid's Workshop for excellent service and for all of your instrument (not just guitar) related needs!

I located Mr. Reid's through a search for certified Martin Service Centers, and couldn't have located a better one! Steve and Jim were extremely helpful every step of the way, walking me through warranty process and my instrument's needs. I won't go anywhere else for guitar repair, despite the long trip for me - it is worth it!
