Working with Jason has been a great experience. We needed to move out of town actually out of state we were on a timeline. From the time we contacted Jason and shared we were leaving in one week Jason explained and wrote the agreements took pictures and did the 3D virtual tour. We had furniture he helped us getting that advertised on craigslist to get furniture sold. When we left the state our home went on the market. Within two days we had multiple offers on our home. When our home went into escrow he worked very hard in negotiating and looking out for our best interest and making sure we were well taken care of. It was a 30ty day escrow that closed on time with a profit of $78,000 above asking price. I would recommend Jason for the job in selling your home. Jason is honest, caring and supportive. With us being out of town I felt our home was well taken care of from checking on it frequently, collecting our mail and sending mail to us.
