When I called in an order for delivery and stated that I wanted to spend between $60-70. Then my account was drafted for $93!!! Called to have the mistake corrected and was told that they charge $15 for delivery on top of what you request to spend. Owner could have cared less that is not what I had agreed to. Very rude! Will not be going back to order from here again. Definitely not a $93 flower arrangement!

My mom passed away recently. My siblings and I all live out of town and/or out of state. I contacted the staff at Muddy Creek to arrange flowers for mom’s graveside service. They texted multiple pictures to me and helped me make decisions about what we needed. When we arrived at the cemetery, our entire family was blown away with the perfect arrangements they created. It was EXACTLY what we had discussed. Having to do everything over the phone was stressful, but the staff assisted me through the entire process. The colors, fragrance, and beauty of the arrangements provided a beautiful tribute to our mom. I would highly recommend this floral shop. Thank you to all of the staff who made a sad and stressful situation bearable. You all did an amazing job!

Muddy Creek Flowers played an integral part in my wedding. They worked with me and my wife to get us exactly what we wanted and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. They showed up well before the ceremony and got all of our flowers to the bride, bridesmaids, groomsmen, immediate family and myself as the groom when we were all scattered in different cabins at the venue. I highly recommend them for their kindness, hard work, and high quality.

I gave them a five star rating because they are omg wow awesome. I live in Virginia my uncle passed away there I called them and told the lady what I wanted and Carlene and her boss took extra special care of meeting my needs. These lady's went way above and beyond. They worked for two days to make sure they got the product I wanted. I know they had an ice storm there and they went out in it to make sure I was taking care of. I do appreciate the fact that someone as nice as Carlene took her time and effort to search for that. The finished product was OMG ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND EVERYTHING I WANTED AND MORE. The price was as well. I will definitely use them again and if you want all your floral needs met just look up Carlene and her crew at Muddy Creek Floral and gifts. I will highly recommend them to anyone. Keep up the good work ladys.
