I go to myers frequently for my business and there is a good reason why I go through them over anywhere else. They are so kind, attentive, and helpful! If they don't have it in stock, they look for it and special order it for you.
I went in to myers a few days ago looking for an item. I couldn't find it and Monica, the sweet sales associate there, said she would look into for me. Today I get a message from her, telling me that she has located the item and is ordering it to the store for me to look at. I was so shocked that she remembered me and then messaged me, I was truly impressed. Great customer service and the main guy who runs the floor there is so great too! Shout out to my myers restaurant people! Thank you for all your help!

Used this company for restaurant supplies. I will never use this company again unless I'm out of options. They sit on invoices you're certain you've paid months ago or make you wait F-O-R-E-V-E-R for the delivery of your equipment with little to no communication. They missed a HUGE piece of our restaurant design and we got a surprise bill for 80k we are still scrambling to pay.

I purchased 8 used chairs for my home dining room room and they're great. Well made, great structural support, and very comfortable. The seats were vinyl, no defects, and for aesthetic reasons I had them re-covered with an upholstery fabric. I put the fabric directly over the vinyl, the upside is that if anything is spilled on the fabric it's easier to clean and doesn't soak through to the padding.

The people that work at Myers are the best. When I walk in they greet me with a smile. They remember my name and always have what I need. I have found out that if they don't have what I ask for they will go out of their way to try and find it for me if they can't find it they let me know where I can go to get it at the best price. Also if you are a student they give you a discount. So for all your cooking needs the best place in town is Myers Restaurant Supply. So glad I stopped in just to check them out.

First of all, wow. This place has everything for anyone who has a kitchen, at all, ever. The front counter staff are ridiculously knowledgeable. The folks who help load and unload your merchandise are super nice. The place is clean, well stocked, and if they don't have it, they can either order it or know who will have it.

Bonus! They have a sweet concession stand! Popcorn, soda, coffee, tea, and Jelly Belly's (yes, real ones!)

if you need something small for your home kitchen, or need to design a commercial kitchen from scratch, Myers can do it all.

Not recommend it at all.
Bad customer service 😑 I bought meat slicer when I tried to use it, it suddenly stopped, I went back to the store but they say that they can't help me, that I had to call customer service for the brand of the meat slicer, it's been already couple months since that. I wasted my time and money
