Very disappointed with my experience regarding this business. I called in to inquire about services and maybe ordering parts for my Tomos Streetmate and when I said I wasn't knowledgeable about bikes or scooters or very mechanical at all, the guy on the phone told me to YouTube it. He said parts are pretty much impossible to get. He said everything can be found on YouTube and anything I need to know is there. While I can appreciate that, I would also rather pay someone who knows what they are doing to do it. Needless to say, not going recommend a business that is in the habit of telling potential customers to do the work themselves. That defeats the purpose of offering specific services to the Public. Maybe they only take certain kind of customers, I don't know. I wouldn't send anyone their way.
