The team from an unnamed company did an outstanding job on our complex roofing project, staying within budget and finishing right on time. The entire process, from the initial estimate to the final completion, ran smoothly and efficiently. We had a hard time deciding to switch from our home's original cedar shingles to asphalt, but the team convinced us that their suggested product would meet our standards. And they were completely right. I'm sure you can see from the attached pictures how great the work turned out. The roofing crew, led by Clarence and Lucas, were exceptional. They began work at the crack of dawn and continued until dusk, hardly ever leaving the worksite. Their dedication to detail was commendable. Each night, they meticulously cleaned the area, ensuring the property was spotless before they left. Lucas, Kai, and Clarence from Navarro Brothers Roofing & Remodeling replaced our roof recently. The task was accomplished swiftly and expertly, with excellent communication throughout the entire process. They ensured our yard was immaculately clean after the work was done. I did come across a single nail when I was mowing, but that's just one among thousands! The day following the roofing project, I noticed a drip in the chimney and discovered a leak. The team hadn't specifically worked on the chimney, yet it seems the intense work on the roof might have affected the flashing. Upon my call, they promptly arrived within a couple of hours to fix it. Their service was outstanding and I highly recommend them for their exceptional workmanship.

Clarence came to the rescue when our home was damaged by hail and wind! I called a local roofer and the very next day, Clarence was there in stanton to inspect the damage. He came even before my insurance adjuster. He brought a generous amount of roofing samples so that we could choose our new colors. After we decided, it didn't take long before they were back to begin work. The team started with the roofing part, tearing off the old roof and installing new shingles. Starting at 8 a.m, they were done by 3:30. The new roofs for both the house and shed look fantastic. The siding job took a bit more time, but that wasn't the fault of the roofing company. My insurance company only wanted to cover two sides and tried to match a 30-year-old color with a current one. It didn't go so well. Still, the roofing company installed the two sides as directed by the insurance company. The colors didn't match, so they came back to finish the job after I proved it to the insurance company. Working with kai, the job foreman, was an absolute pleasure. He was always ready to answer any questions or handle any issues that arose. He kept us in the loop about when crews would be arriving and what work was expected to be done. They even had people dedicated to keeping the site clean throughout the entire project. They made sure the grounds were clear and left the property almost exactly as they found it. i highly recommend this roofer for any of your needs. They will do the job right, and if you're not satisfied, they'll make it right!

However, our interaction with Navarro Brothers Roofing & Remodeling was smooth and trouble-free. We dealt with Clarence who was both efficient and professional. He showed up the following day, provided us with a quote, and we arranged for the job to be done the next week. Clarence returned after the job was finished, which was only a day and a half, to conduct a quality check and ensure we were satisfied with the job, and of course, we were. We also opted for their annual roof inspection and gutter cleaning services. We will definitely rely on Clarence for any future roofing and gutter requirements in Stanton.

I had a need for garage re-roofing and engaged with 4 different roofing businesses. Some of these firms used questionable sales tactics, mainly in their contract offerings. A couple of them just stopped by, took measurements and provided me with a quote without really inspecting the decking or understanding what changes I wished to see. With the current high cost of lumber, I wasn't comfortable with the vague contracts from two of them, stating that if they removed the shingles and found that the decking needed replacement, it would be 'pre-approved' based on contract terms. I had previously received a mailing from Navarro Brothers Roofing & Remodeling and decided to reach out to them after seeing their high ratings. I'm certainly glad I made that decision. Lucas came by later that day and took the time to not only inspect the decking from inside the garage to avoid any unexpected issues, but also addressed all my queries and brought the costs to a level that I was satisfied with. I was prepared to wait a month or two before anyone could start the job, but they showed up the next week and completed it in less than a day, even on what turned out to be the hottest day of the season. They also took the extra step of coordinating with my neighbor to ensure they didn't block driveway access, which I found to be very professional. Most contractors park wherever it's convenient and give you a hard time when you ask them to move. In conclusion, Navarro Brothers Roofing & Remodeling's service wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the most expensive either. And I must say, they were definitely worth every penny! Plus, I was very pleased that there were no surprise 'add-ons' to the bill.

I'd like to amend my previous review about Navarro Brothers Roofing & Remodeling. After sharing my concerns, I was immediately contacted by their General Manager, Clarence. He extended a sincere apology and offered a swift solution to my issues. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he personally ensured the job was completed to my satisfaction within a day. Clarence not only had the team address the initial concerns, but he also personally rectified an unrelated issue with the soffit. His professionalism was truly commendable. In my previous review, I had expressed concern over the roofing job done on our condo complex in Stanton. From the ground, everything looked fine, but upon closer inspection, I noticed a detached tile and incomplete mortaring between the wall and tiles. This issue was particularly noticeable around the decorative columns, creating an unsightly view from the roof. I had reached out to our management company several times regarding this, and they in turn contacted Navarro Brothers Roofing & Remodeling. Eight months later, the situation has been rectified to my satisfaction. However, I would still advise homeowners to personally inspect their roofs once completed, even if it requires hiring an independent contractor. This way, you can ensure that all work has been carried out to a high standard. Based on my experience, I believe this could be a common issue in any building, not just ours. But thanks to Clarence and his team, my faith in their services has been restored.
