Usual NEX gas station with no water in the windshield wash stations and overflowing trash cans. Pretty obvious that no staff check the pump islands during business hours. Remember that their are no bad employees just bad managers.

For the 8yrs me and my family lived in Groton,Connecticut, this mini mart & gas station has aka ways had wonderful customer service. They treat everyone with warm ness and respect.

Prices are excessive considering it is an on base facility and is supposed to be less costly for the military families... sadly, too much of the military installation facilities are now privatized and allowed to charge higher prices than necessary. Also, it offers 1 grade of gas, and alot of worthless junk food, d.i.y. carwash and an air hose that doesn't always work. No car maintenance as in the past.

93 octane.
The Military price for gas should be Much Lower !!
Military & Veterans give up too much for only a 30 cent or so different on gas. Compared to civilian stations.

I would rather take the drive to the NEX Autoport than deal with civilians at a local gas station. The employees are always helpful and the Autoport ALWAYS has some kind of snack on sale. I adore you when it's beef-jerky or something along those lines.

Prices for gas lag behind local/national pricing so still a bit of a deal right now as gas is going up everywhere else. No mid grade or premium still, so dont get gas there if you drive something nice.
