Well, disappointed doesn't sun it up. 1st off, its a heat wave and the common areas are HOT! Then you have to climb the stairs in the heat. Our rooms ac was partially blocked, so while it was set at 74 (would not let us lower it) it was closer to 79 in the room (yes we asked, no we got no help only excuses).
Other people's hair in both tub and sink. Mattress has a large center dip, so not comfortable at all. And for a newer building, it's got a lot of rust and stains. We had a king room, it should have been nice. It wasn't.
The breakfast is not good either (minimum effort continental) the grab bag might be better. Service was fine, not particularly great or friendly.

I would not stay here again. Firstly, we arrived at 3:45 and the front desk staff said they couldn’t check us in “early.” We replied that we were 15 minutes early and if they could please check us in, which they did allow. Secondly, we were there for 3 nights and staff never once come to switch out towels and turn the room, we had to go to the front desk for new towels. Third, the hotel is not in great condition. While it is newly renovated the hotel is very musty, the sheets constantly feel damp and there is an odd smell in the hallways. The shower in our room would not get hot and taking ice cold showers was very uncomfortable, also the water would occasionally turn a brown color which was disturbing. Regardless of this, the hotel is affordable and in a good location, and the staff was friendly.

Very clean, updated rooms. The place was remodeled about a year ago. Kitchenette has all the necessities. Beds were comfortable. TV signal wasn’t very good, but who watches TV anymore, at least the WiFi was decent. Very pleased with my room. Continental breakfast included, very good deal overall.

Jevon was a very polite and hardworking employee! He made the experience worth it. We saw him do practically everything while we were there and he was very respectful every time we saw and talked to him. Otherwise the lodge was practically falling apart. We were there 13 days and there was a leak coming from a pipe inside the wall outside of our room that saturated the hallway carpet. It wasn’t fixed the entire time we were there so there was just a giant molding puddle in the hallway.

Good place to stay. Good breakfast. Clean. Nice staff. Although, if you are rebooked due to active military coming in, from two queen beds into a room with one queen bed and a soda bed, be prepared because those couch beds are too thin and uncomfortable.

Germania is amazing! She booked a room for me when other front desk attendants said the hotel was full. Not only that, Germania could tell how exhausted I was from an overnight delayed flight, therefore she allowed me to check in a little early! The facility is very comfortable with tons of amenities. I highly recommend the Navy Lodge, I’ll be back!

I've stayed at many Navy Lodges this one is very nice. Rooms are large and we'll equipped, perfect for an extended stay or a quick visit. Rooms are clean and Pet friendly.
