Update: BEAUTIFUL black mama cat caring for her black kittens as a shy calico peeks from nearby. Living beings waiting to give you years and years of love. Original post: I hope these little babies in my pictures find good homes. The little caramel-colored sweetheart badly wanted attention down at the bottom! The little gray babies and the quiet older boy or girl are angels too. I took my older girl in and loved all these sugars out in the display area by seating! They'll make someone's life so happy! ❤️ I hope everyone will go check on them. ?

Called to get an appointment with the Veterinarian, but couldn't get one. The receptionist asked the same questions over and over again, but didnt listen to any response. Refused to make an
appointment for me and got very unprofessional if not outright unpleasant. I gave up. Unable to get past phone staff and see Dr.
Regret I had to give at least one star in order to post feedback. Should have been zero because I was never able to get to see Dr. at all.

Honestly if I could sue this place I would. They gave a vaccine to my puppy at the time WAYYYy to early and ended up paralyzing my puppy’s back legs she had to learn all over again learning how to use her back legs. Also she was going through pravo too at the time they barley did anything abt it and we had to need going to the vet in Piggot this place is cruel!

I would leave zero stars if I could. First of all, vet gave my dog a vaccine without asking permission. Husband complained but ended up paying for it. Came in rhis morning to have my dogs stitches removed and the vet initially REFUSED to remove the stitches on a procedure SHE performed. My husband asked her to refuse again on a recorded line so he could send it to the state, and of course then she decided to remove them. I can’t believe how this “professional” treats her patients. I would not bring my animal back to this place if it was the last place on earth. We will be driving out of town from now on. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional, inexcusable behavior!!

Dr. Ginger and her staff are the absolute best! They have saved three of our fur babies with parvo. Two were very ill. They are so caring and you can tell they love what they do. They exude compassion and kindness. Dr. Ginger kept me updated on my puppies’ condition which meant everything to me. We cannot thank them enough.

First visit here today and it will be my last. Gave vaccinations (of course with charges attached) that weren’t told to me beforehand. I dared to question this practice as I consider it unethical and received a very, very rude phone call from the doctor which ended up in her hanging up on me. Serious lack of professionalism at this establishment. Will be driving out of town to take my dogs elsewhere from now on.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Ginger doesn't know what she's doing. Took a dog there after she got attacked, the dog had ONE wound. Now she has multiple holes in her head where they HORRIBLY drained her wound. Now the dog might get infected. The poor thing is miserable now. I will never take another animal back to this cruel place. Absolutely atrocious. My poor baby was doing good and healing before. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Do not take your poor fur babies here, please find another place. They also treat the animals badly. When i went to drop the dog off, they put a slip leash so tight on her after they were strictly told not to due to a wound on her neck. These people did more harm than good.

When no one in Paragould would check my injured puppy, I found this vet. So glad I did! The love of animals is evident and my little boy is recovering nicely!
