I picked up a delivery here, it gave me a run for my money with 7 months trucking experience. No O/N parking docking is super tight. Staff is very helpful!

This is my favorite bakery to visit hands-down. Great pricing, great staff, always fresh breads and pastries. When I worked in Westchester, I would stop here every Wednesday to get a dessert and bagels or Kaiser rolls. Haven’t been down in a while, but was close enough today to stop in. They have some of the best cheesecake in New York with or without toppings. I don’t know what the current prove is, but the last time I bought it the price was eight dollars for a whole cheesecake. Parking in front and a parking lot on the side of the building. They are still cash only. ATM located as you walk in for convenience. If you have not been here, what are you waiting for?

Love this place but some of the items have seen better days like the Spanakopitas which were not properly rolled and improperly made and very doughy when I ate it. Also, they never seem to make enough cheese danishes, or I get there too late in the day. Prices have also gone way up, I remember when their awesome bagels were just 75c each.

I went to buy some pastries for my Wife. I know very little about deserts. I recognized some of the items my Wife likes, but didn't know the names. The person who helped me not only told me the names, but also recommended other items my Wife may like. My Wife was very impressed and happy with "my selections", and I will be forever grateful to the staff person for her patience and professionalism. Highly recommend Neri's Bakery.

Went in yesterday & was sad to see that prices have increased (& I get it!) but the quality of ALL of the various treats that I bought was dismal! ?
And let’s discuss a “cash only” business & who are the only people working here.
Sad to state this. Please do better Neri’s, for your paying customers!

I recently special ordered a cake from Neri's. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. They were very well known for their pastries, cookies and for their customer service.
Sadly, it seems this has drastically changed.
The cake was cracking on the outside and the inside was crumbling and extremely dry. The cake was not decorated following the in depth conversations or information from my order sheet. The name was wrong. It appeared as if the decorator forgot to write the correct message then squeezed in a word that was missing and put it to the side. The pink theme was not followed. This took place after Memorial Day weekend and someone thought it would be appropriate to put red white and blue star shaped sprinkle cookies on a pink and white themed cake. Hence the cake crumbling inside along with week old cookies. At pickup it was said that they couldn't fix anything. Then they said they would correct the name. Of course, I needed the cake for our event and was stuck. I was hoping even if it looked terrible hopefully it would taste great. I was wrong.
As far as the owner and staff. I am still so taken back that after 2 attempts to bring this to their attention, not one response.
The most upsetting part was the horrible employee that felt it was OK to raise his voice and speak extremely nasty to a paying customer. Full details were sent to both the owner and another customer relations team member. Shame on you for not acknowledging anything.

Best bakery for breads and sweets, they charge amazingly low prices for bakery items. So lucky to have Neri open to public for fresh bakery items. Cash only bring your own bags!
