Couldn't be happier with my experience with Matt & Ray @ NESCI. They both came round to my house in town to assess the damage done to my commercial tractor. They talked me through what they saw, how they would address it and left me confident that they knew what they were doing. After tracking down some parts and leaving it with them for about a week (I wasn't in a huge rush), they spent maybe 30 mins walking me through everything they'd done, and what new issues they'd discovered. E.g. they found that the previous owner had clearly done some work and used incorrect bolts in places - they took the time to replace them. I felt like they were working on the machine as if it was their own. Pricing was also very fair too.

It can be a little challenging to get in contact with them - cell phone reception is low in their building and the desk is not always manned because they're working in the shop. They're a small business: leave a voicemail, or stop by during their hours and poke your head out back. You'll be happy you did.

Very happy this business is in town and that I found them.
