Michael was a pleasure to work with. He is professional, affordable, and definitely knows his stuff! I had a very amateur video that needed editing of my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Not only did he edit the very long(over 2hours of footage) video, but he also made a highlights video that captured the essence of the affair perfectly. While watching it, it really felt like he must have known my parents, and included all the parts that were important. I highly recommend you use him in all your editing and video needs. Michael helped me creating a high school senior class video and the result was exceptional. The students began their year during the pandemic, and therefore it was a tough time for all and the video captured everything that the students endured during their not so normal high school senior year. It was emotional, reflective, and uplifting. It was a wonderful gift for the students and they were extremely appreciative and loved everything about it. The first time I worked with Michael went so amazing that I recommended him for another project! To say Never Forgotten Media went above and beyond, is an understatement. Their ability to build a story and make it look amazing is phenomenal. They overdelivered both times and had everything done ahead of schedule. We kept putting changes in and not once did Michael complain and he made us feel comfortable with having multiple requests while helping us make the best choices using his expertise. The day of our first video was so unpredictable, and we had a crowd of people who had various disabilities. I knew it would get hectic in downtown San Diego, but Michael and his crew were there early, and ready to go! They started connecting with people and filming before anyone even showed up. He was on top of everything, and filmed all the key parts, and even more creative shots than we could have imagined. He was very professional and so nice and understanding to everyone.
