New Concepts replaced my pool cage after Hurricane Ian. Ty and his crew were professional and on schedule with good communication. They measured the pool area precisely and pre made all of the panels. When they arrived with everything, it was like a finely orchestrated assembly. I opted for two Clear View panels. See the picture. Absolutely beautiful. I could not be happier with my pool cage choice. The reason I am posting this so late is because the pool cage just went through Hurricane Milton. We took a direct hit and the wind speeds were higher. The pool cage didn't budge. I highly recommend Ty and New Concepts. And, I highly recommend the Clear View panels if you have a view you want to maximize.

Our pool company used New Concepts Construction for the screen enclosure around our pool/lanai. While we were impressed with the appearance and quality of the finished product, we truly realized how much better the materials and workmanship were when we looked around our neighborhood after Hurricane Milton. Most of our neighbors suffered full screen blowouts and structural damage with many others losing their entire screen enclosure. None of these damaged or destroyed cages were built by NCc. Our enclosure had just one panel suffer a tear, only because a roof shingle blew through it. The frame held up very well, and no screen panels were damaged by the wind. We were always impressed with our enclosure, but we now have a different level of appreciation for the quality and workmanship used by NCC. We’ll have them inspect the enclosure after they’ve addressed more severe damages, but we truly appreciate having the ability to wait for this inspection because of the truly minor damage we experienced. Highly recommend NCC for both new cage construction and anyone in need of high quality repair.

AMAZING experience by one of the most professional companies I’ve ever dealt with. I contacted numerous cage companies and got some outrageous quotes. NCC quoted me less for a better product. Other companies said that they didn’t want to do a 30ft panel but NCC did. I was also very please that they had the 20/20 screen!! NO BUGS inside. I have recommended them numerous times and would definitely use them again. The customer service is also unmatched. I am glad I chose them!

Hurricane Milton hits us with 100 mph winds and your cage was far superior to those of our neighbors, who selected other contractors. Those cages sit in piles at the curb awaiting debris pickup. Please tell your team we send our thanks for the quality of their build!

We couldn't have asked for a better outcome. NCC was prompt to respond to my request for an estimate, stayed on schedule, and on budget. They handled everything from the design and permitting process and even coordinated with the concrete company to make sure the footers were poured correctly. The screen cage added another area to our home that we weren't previously able to enjoy. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again on any future projects! I will add photos once the landscaping is completed.
