In good conscience I couldn't reccomend anyone buy a bike from here anymore. I've bought 2 New Goldwings from them and now have a 2024 Africa Twin. All the bikes were new from crate. The salesman Jeff was very nice and proffesional But the workshop and Post delivery inspections were lacking on all three bikes. My third bike, the brand new 2024 Africa Twin had actualy got asthetic damage and I contacted them and got no reply. brought the bike home and had to garage it straight away as I had to go abroad. On my return two weeks later I went over the bike more thouroughly to discover a huge scuff and other scratches on the front wheel anodising and a badly dented and scuffed undertray. Bike was built from crate so they were aware yet put it out the door anyway. I was able to remove and hammer and sand the damage out of the undertray but the wheel looks terrible. As i say I contacted the buisness on the channels I had been using to do the deal and recieved no reply. I am not looking for retribution if a buisness lets me down like this I simply don't do buisness with them anymore. But If you buy a motorcycle from them perform a very thorough visual inspection. Check levels and make sure everything is tight because My 3 brand new bikes all had problems.

Highly recommend- bought my first bike from Justin, he's been super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful from start to finish. The guys in parts and service have also been awesome- got a helmet and gear, and now the bike is in for initial maintenance, really smooth experience all around. Loving the bike too!👌😎

I had the best experience with purchase of my CRF450L My sales guy Justin Gillis was experienced, knowledgeable, and a gentleman. My new machine was registered insured and in the back of my truck in less than two hours from walking in the store. The entire staff was pleasant and the overall vibe at NECW was top shelf

I recently purchased a new Kawasaki bike at New England Cycle Works and it was an easy buying experience, no hassle, no pressure.
Justin was great…courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to deal on the price. He was able to quickly work through a glitch with CT DMV, which was really appreciated as it saved me a bunch of time. Justin’s help was greatly appreciated.
I look forward to shopping for accessories there and having my service work performed by a staff I can trust will take care of my new bike.

If I could give this place a 10 star I would. Everyone was professional yet personable and made me feel like they cared about my needs. My salesman Chris Cann was awesome and went above and beyond to make this whole process easy and worry free. New England cycle works took great care of me and the whole team is really great.
