Javier Is a wonderful technician. I have had many many people work for me over the past 45 years But I would have to Say that Javier knows more than just your everyday technician. Although he was only sent to check the pressure in my tanks, he knows quite a bit about gas and energy. He was very cordial and even though I was late getting to my house he was sitting there with a happy smile on his face ready to please. I would recommend him and this company very highly and I have been known to have pretty high standards.

Had an issue with my natural gas burner early this morning on a 8° day so you can imaginethe anxiety. Phone call to answering service was immediately returned and a tech arrived within the hour. Luck may have played a part in getting a technician so quickly but none the less this was the case. The problem was quickly diagnosed and solved. Every technician I have ever met from New England Total Energy has been extremely friendly and informative but most importantly they know their stuff. I have been a customer for 2 years now and would highly recommend this business to service your home heating and cooling systems.

We had some insulation work done around our furnace, located in our garage attic. Lloyd both made the initial assessment as well as did the installation. Love this company. The Engineer that came was Jack C. A super diligent and cheerful guy who was able to diagnose an unknown problem with our newly installed system that a competitor put in. We are signed up for a service plan with NE Total and my first impression was really great.
